Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Opaline Beauty purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after product is recieved by seller. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
